"Oh, really?" Edgelord floats down in front of you and laughs again. "You and what army?"
"All of our friends," Lucy says, moving until he is shoulder to shoulder with you. "We will work together and rescue everyone!"
"Nice try! That won't work here," Edgelord jeers. "Everyone beyond this portal ends up in their own dimension! So even if a hundred of you came, you can't work together! You would all be alone, going around in circles again and again!"
Lucy looks concerned, but he stays strong even while he shakes. "If that is true, then... we will try anyway. Am I right?" He looks to you with a smile.
